We provide temperature-controlled services, maintaining the proper ambient conditions for sensitive items. We have a loading/unloading dock located in a buffer zone before the storage cell to prevent temperature fluctuations in the storage area.

Do you provide temperature-controlled storage for cosmetics?
Yes. Time Gallery stores cosmetics in dedicated cells kept between +15 °C and +25 °C, with a buffered loading and unloading area that prevents temperature swings, continuous monitoring and GDP-compliant processes.

Can you issue the Shipper’s Declaration for air shipments of dangerous goods?
Yes. For air freight Time Gallery issues the Shipper’s Declaration for Dangerous Goods in accordance with the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, prepared and signed by trained staff, together with compliant packaging and labels.
Do you handle sea freight of dangerous goods?
Yes. For ocean shipments Time Gallery issues the multimodal dangerous goods declaration and handles packaging, labels, customs documentation and shipping in a compliant way.
What does UN 1266 mean?
UN 1266 is the UN number for perfumery products containing flammable solvents, such as most alcohol-based perfumes. In road transport they fall under ADR class 3, flammable liquids.
What is limited quantity under ADR?
It is the ADR regime that allows dangerous goods to be shipped in small inner packagings with simplified obligations, as long as the packages respect the quantity limits and carry the prescribed mark. For UN 1266 perfumes the limit is 5 litres per inner packaging.
What is the Shipper’s Declaration for Dangerous Goods?
It is the document required by the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations in which the shipper declares the dangerous goods handed over for air transport: classification, UN number, quantity and packaging. Time Gallery prepares it for air shipments of perfumes and cosmetics.
What is the multimodal dangerous goods declaration?
It is the document that accompanies dangerous goods shipped by sea, required by the IMDG Code, and it also covers the road legs of the same journey. Time Gallery issues it for sea shipments of perfumes and cosmetics.
